Policies on Refunds and Pickup/Dropoff Times

AFTER SCHOOL and WEEKEND CLASSES

Cancellations by parents or guardians.

A refund less $10 processing fee will be given for cancellations more than 30 days prior to the start of a class.

A 75% refund will be given for cancellations less than 31 days but more than 14 days prior to the start of the class. If a new learner is found for the the vacated spot, after full enrolment, then the refund will be increased to 90%.

A 50% refund will be given for cancellations less than 15 days and up to the first day of the class. If a new learner is found for the the vacated spot, after full enrolment, then the refund will be increased to 90%.

No refunds will be given for cancellations after the class starts.

Any child suspended or expelled from a Brickineers program, camp or class for any reason, is not eligible for a refund.

Class cancellation due to low enrollment.

Brickineers reserves the right to cancel a class if enrollment is too low.

In the unlikely event that a class is cancelled due to low enrollment, then all fees will be refunded.

 

 

CAMP POLICY

Cancellations by parents or guardians.

An 85% refund will be given for cancellations more than 60 days prior to the start of the camp.

A 65% refund will be given for cancellations less than 61 days and more than 30 days prior to the start of the camp. If a new campers is found for the the vacated spot, after full enrolment, then the refund will be increased to 80%.

A 25% refund will be given for cancellations less than 31 days before the first day of the camp. If a new campers is found for the the vacated spot, after full enrolment, then the refund will be increased to 80%.

No refunds will be given for cancellations after the camp starts.

Any learner suspended or expelled from a Brickineers program, camp or class for any reason, is not eligible for a refund.

Camp cancellation due to low enrollment.

Brickineers reserves the right to cancel a camp if enrollment is too low.

In the very unlikely event that a camps is cancelled due to low enrollment, then all fees will be refunded.

 

DROPOFF and PICKUP POLICY

For Classes, parents are asked to Dropoff children a few minutes before the start of class, and be ready to Pickup their children 5 minutes before the end of class. Other arrangements can be made, and anything posted in the class information page supercedes this policy.

For Camps, information is posted in the camp information page, however, normally Dropoff begins 1/2 hour before the camp starts, and Pickup ends 1/2 hour after the camp ends. Other arrangements can be made in advance.

For Classes and Camps, if a parent/guardian or approved individual for pick-up is going to be late, it is asked that they notify program staff by calling or texting 587-966-5346 (LEGO).

A late pick-up fee of $1.00 per minute per child is charged after final pickup time at the discretion of program staff. There are understandable circumstances. If an emergency arises, please call or text 587-966-5346 and leave a message that you will be late so we can explain to your child that you are on your way. Please note that repeated late pickups might result in termination from the program.
